| | ![]:-)](http://car-guru.com/i/smiles/devil.png "]:-)") I had my engine replaced at Pacific Engine Auto Inc on 11-06-2006 and I thought everything was fine to start with then I had begun to notice that my hood was dented from the inside of my engine compartment like someone had closed my hood on something hard and with a point or let something swing into my hood like a engine or something going in my car or coming out of my car and later on at my body shop I saw that another dent was by the part of the hood on the passenger side of the hood dented inward as well, normaly I mite not have caught on to this small but ugly dent on my hood but when I picked my car up when finished by this shop.
But I saw the one of my side of the car where the bumper meets the fender was a little moved from the place it normaly sits like a gap of 2 16th of a inch to me no big deal.
I figured it happend whan the flat bed tow truck driver dropped my car off thas why I was not looking so hard at my hood that had no dents before I sent it with the towing company I was there when he put it all the way up on the truck.
So I am at the body shop and they fix buy the way for free my fender and bumper and the part on my hood by the passenger side but the dent on the inside will have to be fixed by sanding the hood down and repainting the whole hood rather than replacement of the whole hood on the car 7th ave auto rebuild is by far the best body shop in seattle.
its then when I am looking at my whole hood and see the other dent that is from the outside in as well the other one from the inside out what the body shop guy Tony tells me is that the dend from inside to out is fresh hey they are a body shop and know the way around cars and dents and how old they are think C.S.I. of auto body.
So I call Michael from Pacific Engine Auto Inc. back up and tell him of the dent I found this guy tells me I have to prove that it happend at his shop so I tell him that the two truck driver didn,t do the dent by logic the dent is from the inside of the hood and they don,t do towing of cars from under your hood and I watched him put my car up on the Flatbed if the tow truck driver did the damage in would be from the outside in, plus the ones working on the engine bay of my car were Pacific Engine Auto Inc. at 3538 C street N.E. Auburn Wa 98002 so in my view of this matter in genral they are the ones at fault to fix the 307.00 dollars damage to my hood of my car I paid in full my bill when I picked up my car but never saw this damage so for 1514.00 I recived a Japanese replacement Engine and new clutch but also recived but never asked for dents to my hood from the inside total of 307.00 to me if you are giong to get a Engine from Pacific Engine Auto Inc. put soem kind of video cam in your car so you have the tape to take this guy to court to sue the hell out of him in a court of law in my thoughts he is giong to rob you blind anyway with the damage done to your car at his shop anyway.
